Where we ship
We ship to the United States and Canada only.

Shipping rates
United States: $6 on single-item / under-$88 orders. Orders $88 and over ship free.
Canada: $10 flat per order. The $88 free-shipping threshold does not apply to Canada.
Rates are shown at checkout before you pay.

Production and delivery
Every piece is made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days before the order ships. After it ships, delivery is typically 3–5 business days in the US. Canada can take a few days longer. Most orders arrive about 7–10 days after you order.

These timeframes are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking
You will get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link when the order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to go active.

Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because the address was incorrect or undeliverable, we will contact you. Reshipment may require a new label at your cost.

Lost or stuck packages
If tracking shows no movement or the package has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, email kamusta@pilipinas.store with your order number. We will replace it free.
